05 Our Process
Four steps, no surprises.
Step 01
Consultation
We walk the property with you, listen to how you actually want to use the space, and talk openly about budget before anyone draws anything.
Step 02
Design
See it before we build it. Every Echelon project starts with thoughtful design. We create realistic 3D renderings of your project in your actual space, allowing you to visualize the design, refine the details, and feel confident before construction begins. From materials and finishes to structural details and lighting, we work through the important decisions before the build begins. When required, we can also coordinate structural engineering and permitting to help move your project forward.
Step 03
Craft
Timbers are selected, milled and joined in our shop, then sealed and finished under cover before they ever reach your property.
Step 04
Installation
Where thoughtful design becomes exceptional craftsmanship. Our experienced crew brings your project to life with an organized, efficient build process and careful attention to your home and property. From foundations and framing to lighting and finishing details, we coordinate each phase and keep you informed along the way.
